- 1/2 cup Claude's BBQ Brisket Marinade Sauce
- 4 trout, cleaned
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs, basil, thyme, dill or tarragon.
- 4 green onions, green and white
- thinly sliced lemon wedges
- chopped parsley
Generously brush each trout, inside and out with Claude's BBQ Brisket Marinade Sauce. Fill trout cavities with herbs and green onions. Grill, BBQ or oven, and garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley. Serves 4. Absolutely Delicious!
