Claude’s Steak Sauce Meatloaf

  • 1 1⁄2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1⁄2 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons Claude's Steak Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 dashes freshly grated pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients except for 3 tablespoons of Claude’s Steak Sauce which you’ll use as the loaf topping spread.

Shape in an 8 X 4 X 1 1/2" loaf pan.

If your ground beef is very lean, the pan should be greased first.

Bake at 350 in oven for 1 hour.

Allow loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
