Tank’s Chili Recipe with Beer

- 16 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 lbs Ground Beef or Turkey
- 12 oz Beer
- 1 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- 1 Can Chili Beans (Optional)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Tank's Bloody Mary Mix (More if needed)
- 2 Cans Tomatoes & Green Chilis
Spray large pan with nonstick spray. Brown meat; add onions, bell pepper and celery, sauté. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook for at least one hour. Enjoy! Don't forget to garnish with cheese or a bun on the side!
